All courses are open to qualified U.SA. Citizens, nation-wide. Unfortunately, due to the competitive nature of the Aerospace industry, and course subject matter content; eg. rocket design, rocket fuel formulas, NearSpace EoSS Satellite Space Policy & Law, FCC License RF-Communication Restrictions, FAA-CSA Astronaut Certification Requirements, PADI Aquanaut Certification Requirements, etc., non-USA Students can not Register, Purchase, or gain Access to any USA Government Restricted Courses.

All courses under U.S. Government Restriction shall be clearly indicated within our Course Catalog.

Please DO NOT attempt to Register and/or Purchase Access to any Restricted Courses, doing so prevents other sanctioned students from Registering and reserving their Class Seat and Course Access.

Course Cancellation due to violating U.S. Government Restrictions shall be subject to Refund Penalty and/or a Forfeit of Refund, as follows:

* Cancellation 3-days before start date: 50% Penalty.
* Cancellation on start date: 75% Penalty.
* Cancellation 1-day after start date: NO REFUND.

If you are unsure about your USA Citizenship status-- DO NOT REGISTER and DO NOT PURCHASE Course. Instead, first Phone and/or Email the Admissions Dept. to discuss your unique situation. Proof of Citizenship may be required to access Restricted Courses.
